A really excellent book that is hard to put down. The emphasis on love and seeing things from a loving perspective is really fresh and interesting, a unique take that I did not see emphasized that much before.
One thing that bothered me is the heightened secretiveness: the author makes it clear that she received the idea for this book's main principle from one particular spiritual teacher during one of his lectures, but she does not reveal who that spiritual teacher was. So not only does she not give credit where credit is due, she also prevents the reader from doing further study on the topic if he wants to. This is the main issue with the book, the lack of citations. There are many studies and researches mentioned which are not cited, and a lot of the stories in the book are anecdotal, basically a "trust me bro" level of giving you "proof" of what works and what does not. This bothered me since many of the researches she mentioned in the book are quite intriguing and it would have been nice to look them up.
Oh well, other than this 1 nitpick the message of the book is very positive, the manifestation principle is that "Love is the catalyst by which all good things happen, the way to achieve results is to let go of your attachment to results and focus on love instead". This is good advice that is present in other spiritual teachings as well but it is very heavily emphasized here. The author gives a detailed level of instruction on how to do this, and in the second edition she also addresses common pitfalls that might happen and what to do about them. Her advice is really sound and if more people lived in this way, our world would be a much better place.
